Channel cat fishing has been impacted but the lake is now rather stable. The lake fishing has been good while drifting from the boat in the north end flats. The best bait on the flats have been fresh cut shad. Other bait selections are worms, minnnows, small sunfish, grasshoppers and some prepared bait. Fish have been caught along large rocky shoreline in the lake, in the tailwaters and in the river leading into the reservoir. |
