Upland Game Bird Season: Prairie Chicken opens Nov. 6, 1999, closes Jan. 31, 2000; Pheasant open Nov. 13, 1999, closes Jan. 31, 2000; Quail (western zone) opens Nov. 20, 1999, closes Jan. 31, 2000. Migratory Bird Season: Dove opens Sept. 1, 1999 closes Oct. 30, 1999.
