Bur Oak Nature Trail

Along the west edge of Sylvan Park, below the dam at Wilson Lake, is a short but sweet interpretive nature trail. It's not meant to strain anything but one's brain as one hikes three-fourths of a mile and absorbs information about this stone post country's ecosystem. The self-guided trail features a "senses area" designed for the handicapped. Guided tour groups are available upon request.
