Caney

A tribute to armed forces that have defended America is sponsored by National Garden Clubs and the State Highway Commission. The Caney Garden Club plants and maintains this lovely floral tribute.

To honor deceased veterans of the community, 250 flags fly proudly in the Park. The American Legion and the VFW assisted by the community choir present a touching service each Memorial day.

Located east of Caney, the Safari Paradise is home to lions, tigers, and bears and even a Bengal tiger, jaguars, black leopards, cougars and bob cats. Other animals include a bush baby, monkeys, llamas and many varieties of birds. Almost all the animals have been raised from babies.

Cherryvale

Located in Logan Park, the memorial serves as a tribute to all armed forces.

Completely restored and filled with railroad memorabilia. The Heart of the Heartland special excursion train makes many runs from here during the year.

Many historical items from the area are located here.
