Located at the Museum. the barn measures 114' x 66' x 48' and features an exhibit depicting over 100 years of agricultural history in Northwest Kansas. This huge barn was moved 19 miles to the museum property.

A sod house, country church, one-room school, and 1930's farmstead are also located in the complex.

A huge asset to our community. The Cultural Arts Center is a hub for cultural presentations and art exhibits. Changing exhibits are also featured at the Prairie Museum of Art & History.

Built in 1906, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Romanesque Revival style building is graced by the "Spirit of the Prairie" statue, a centennial project, and Memorial Wall in honor of Thomas Countians who gave their lives in service of their country.
