Several things work against men. They tend to smoke and drink more than women. They don't seek medical help as often as women. Some men define themselves by their work, which can add to stress. As part of our fraternity's national Social Action Program, we have a vested interest in highlighting the areas of health risks for not only men but also women as well of all races and ages in the Northern Alabama region. Santa Train at the Museum
- Come on out and see the train decorated inside and out. Talk and visit with Santa on the train and let the little ones have their picture made with him. And surprise, all the good youngsters will get a special treat from Santa before the day is done. We have expanded our schedule to try and make sure everyone gets to ride that wants to. Heritage Ringers Annual Handbell Concert
- The Heritage Ringers of Huntsville, a non profit community concert Handbell Choir will present its annual Holiday Concert Monday, December 7, at 7:30 pm. The concert, will be held in the Church Sanctuary at 607 Airport Road.The Program includes tradition music, arrangements of classical favorites and original compositions for handbells. The Choir has been performing in our area since 1985. The Choir utilizes six octaves of bells and six and on-half octaves of handchimes. The concert is open to the public free of chare. No tickets for reservations are necessary. A nursery will be provided at the church.
