The school year and K-State sports seasons start with family and heavy doses of Purple Pride, K-State band, food and loads of family fun right in City Park. Appearances by coaches and players during community-wide pep rally before season-opening football game against Central Arkansas Bears. 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
