Our state of the art clinic offering Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Medical Massage, and Strength training facility services Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Maricopa, and Ahwatukee.

Dr. John McDonald has been in practice for 27 years. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating with honors in 1985. He was in private practice in Illinois for 24 prior to joining the Advanced Back & Neck team. Dr. McDonald's role at Advanced Back & Neck is more of a GM position, taking care of the daily operations; however he does still treat patients. His many years in this field have led him to believe that Chiropractic is truly one of the greatest and necessary professions in the world.

Dr. Scott Asay is a doctor of chiropractic at the Advanced Back & Neck clinic in Chandler, AZ. He practices a "whole person approach" to achieve wellness, this requires determining the underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption, and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would improve the conditions for normal function. Dr. Asay's objective is to help his patients be more comfortable and efficient doing whatever they do, be it sitting at a desk, snowboarding, or sleeping. Dr. Asay wants his patients to realize how much better life can be when you are free of pain and experiencing all optimal wellness.

In addition to two full time chiropractors, Advanced Back and Neck Care also has a full-time physical therapist and member of our "Wellness Team"; Troy Babel. The purpose of Physical Therapy is to correct impairments and disabilities, in order to promote mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement potential. This is accomplished through examination, evaluation, diagnosis and physical intervention. Dr Troy Babel and Dr. Asay work with patients with specific muscular, and skeletal conditions. Our physical therapy department has implemented a prevention program to assist our patients in reaching and maintaining their maximum level of health and physical fitness. After extensive P.T. and Chiropractic evaluations of each patient and a thorough review of their health history, Dr Troy Babel plans personalized treatment programs (following consultation with the patient's physician).
