Event Details

Plan to bring your holiday shopping list and check it twice at the Wakefield Museum's Annual Holiday Bazaar. You'll have the opportunity to browse through - and purchase - a variety of high quality handcrafted angels, Santas, snowmen, wreaths, holidays aprons and vests, and wall hangings. The many unusual Christmas tree ornaments, unique lighted table top trees, hand-painted wooden chairs, embellished towels and pillows, and American decorated items can help you find something special for even the fussiest person on your shopping list.

You're sure to find something tempting in the holiday treat section in the Rau Wing of the Museum. Delicious homemade items such as pies, cakes, cookies, breads, popcorn balls and candies are just a few of the treats available.

There also will be homemade vegetable beef soup and chili, homemade cinnamon rolls, pie and cake as long as they last and free coffee all day long.

Don't forget to check out the nearly new "white elephants" awaiting for you downstairs. You may just find a treasure you can't live without.

Door prizes are given out every half hour starting at 9:30 AM - Teddy bears, homemade fudge, Christmas decorations, CD's and books are just a few of the surprises for children and adults.

This annual event is held the first Saturday of December. 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
