Event Details

Grand Entry on Saturday will begin at 12:00 Noon and at 1PM on Sunday. Featuring gatherings of American Indian tribes from across the nation dressed in tribal regalia, traditional & contemporary American Indian music, dance, visual arts, storytelling, back wood survival demos, crafts and health screenings while learning about various dances and the regalia worn. Always held the second weekend in Aug. Saturday, (10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.) and Sunday, (10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

At various times during the day, the Master of Ceremonies will invite the public to participate in social dances. Educational displays will exhibit artifacts used and items traded by the American Indians. American Indian foods as well as other festival foods will be available for purchase.  Additionally, all veterans and servicemen and servicewomen will be honored. All native drummers, dancers, traders and food vendors are welcome.
