Beau Chemin Farm

This preservation farm, with a self-guided farm tour, emphasizes heirloom vegetables and flowers at the farm stand, wool from heritage sheep breeds, pick your own heirloom flowers and raspberries, and an opportunity to view an historic barn and antique spinning wheels. MOFGA certified for plants, hay and laying hens. Endangered heritage breeds of livestock include Soay, Shetland, Leicester Longwool and California Variegated Mutant sheep, Suffolk Punch draft horse, Randall cow, Buff Orpington, Andalusian and Chantecler chickens. An ox and donkey also reside. Wool processing, dyeing and spinning, draft animal demonstration and sheep care may be pre-arranged. There is a bird list for use on a woods walk. This is a working family farm.
