Winyah Bay Heritage Festival

A celebration of waterfowl decoys and other hunting and fishing collectibles. Free appraisals for decoys and collectibles by accredited appraisers. Events include carving, judging, children’s decoy painting, fishing exhibits and demonstrations. Events will take place in the Georgetown Historic District, the beaches of Waccamaw Neck and at the rice plantations along the rivers that flow into the Winyah Bay. Featured artists are Roy and Jerry Caines, grandsons of world renown decoy carver and Georgetown resident Hucks Caines.
