Annual Egg Hunt at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets
- Aurora Farms Premium Outlets and Realty One Real Living will host the center's annual Egg Hunt on Saturday. Children 10 and under are invited to hunt for over 14,000 toy and candy-filled eggs. Collect eggs in personal baskets or bags will be provided. Complimentary "Photos with the Easter Bunny" will also be available. Other activities will include a visit from a clown crafting balloon sculptures and face painting. All events are free. Select stores including Bass, Carter's, Jockey, DKNY Jeans, Liz Claiborne and Le Gourmet Chef will also participate with enter-to-win promotions and interactive fun for children that includes crafts, coloring and more throughout the day. Annual Turkey Trot
- The City of Aurora Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce the running of its Annual Turkey Trot Thanksgiving morning, at 8:30am. Registration will begin at 7:30am. The race will be held with the support of Aurora Farms Premium Outlets and will begin and end at that location. In the spirit of the holiday, participants are asked to donate non-perishable food items to benefit the programs of Family & Community Services, Inc., an agency supporting local families in need. Registration is available online or in person/via mail at The Walker Building, 129 W. Pioneer Trail. All forms must be received by Monday. Pre-registration fee is $16, Race-Day Registration is $20. Awards will be given to the Overall top 3 Race Finishers, men and women, and to the top 3 men and women in each age category.
