11 Art on the Haw River Wine Trail - A Fine Wine & Fine Craft Tour, takes you to the five wineries of the Haw River Wine Trail to experience craft and art demonstrations and sales, wine tours, wine tasting and music.
Art on the Haw River Wine Trail is a unique opportunity to enjoy the scenic wineries and the countryside in spring bloom, music, fine wine and fine art.
Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Sunday: 12 noon-6:00pm

13 Mack Fest - Escape from the hustle and bustle and breathe in the outdoors at Lake Mackintosh. Enjoy the beautiful view while listening to live entertainment provided by local Bluegrass and Jazz groups. The children will also have a great time with relay races to wildlife displays to scavenger hunts. There is something for everyone, from the young to the young at heart.

Take Exit 141 off I-85/40. Go south on Huffman Mill Road. Lake Mackintosh is located on the left.

27 - 29 Battle of Alamance Commemoration - The commemorations of the anniversary of the Battle of Alamance continue with the new and improved exhibits open for public view and the demonstrations of 18th-century military and domestic life. Small arms and cannon firing by the Craven Regiment and Guilford Militia will highlight the afternoon activities. Call for more information. 1-5pm.

Pre Register - $15 Day of show - $20 Display only - $10 Bring 5 or more cans of food for donation and get $5 off registration. Proceeds to benefit local charities. No pets, tents, or alcohol.

23 - 27 Colonial Living Week - This is a five-day living history program that offers a unique look at home and military life in the 18th century through demonstrations by costumed interpreters. An excellent, educational event for social studies teachers and their students. The daily schedule runs from 9:00 a.m.-2 p.m. All school and general groups must make reservations.
