Annual Spring Kiln Openings and Studio Tours of the Seagrove, NC potters. Visit individual studios and workshops and enjoy freshly made pieces, new for springtime! Over 50 local potters will host kiln openings, studio tours, demonstrations, and special events. Participate in our Card Stamp program and be entered to win a $150 gift certificate to use at one participating shop of your choice! Nestled in the countryside you will find the largest concentration of working potters in the United States. The North Carolina Pottery Center's permanent exhibit of more than eight hundred pieces of pottery, artifacts, and photographs traces North Carolina's pottery history from prehistoric Native Americans to the present. Features six to eight changing exhibits each year. Gift shop on site.
