Event Details

Old quilts, new quilts, quilts with stories, beauty and memories hang for the month at Roanoke Island Festival Park Gallery. The annual exhibition features quilts with a connection to Dare County either by owner or maker. The gallery is transformed with quilts hanging from the rafters and the room is abuzz with quilters working on projects and talking about their passion. Hours are Monday- Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and volunteers keep the gallery open on weekends from noon- 4 p.m. The show is free and open to the public.
