Wright Brother?s (mp 8) & Jockey?s Ridge State Park(mp 12). This festival is enjoyed by all ages with casual competitions for kids & adults. Participate in the stunt kites demos, games, kids kite making, & contests. Kids can make & fly their kites at the base of the memorial where flight began.
