The longest NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race and in fact is the longest regularly-scheduled automobile race conducted on an oval track anywhere in the world. The stars of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series do battle in stock car racing’s true endurance test. Don’t miss the patriotic pre-race salute to the U.S. armed forces, which will include an air parade featuring at least 10 vintage war birds, a patriotic flyover and an American bald eagle circling the infield during the National Anthem.
