Annual Pawhuska Trout Derby

Event Details

Anglers will have a chance to reel in a mid-sized trout that carries a whopping $10,000 prize, sponsored by the Million Dollar Elm Casino. The derby prizes will go to those who land the three heaviest fish and the three heaviest stringers. Other trout will be tagged with awards of $50 and up. Fee to enter is $20 and anglers must have Oklahoma fishing and trout licenses and follow all state and derby regulations. Lake Pawhuska is annually stocked with 30,000 rainbow trout during trout season. Food concessions will also be on hand for the event.

First National Bank Historic Site
