Hoola Hoop Workshop
- Hoopdance your way to improved fitness and wellbeing. This is a level 1 hoop workshop by Boomtown Hoops, for beginner to intermediate hoopers. Hooping is a core stabilizing, fat burning, cardio workout that strengthens and tones core muscles as well as upper and lower body. Improves balance, posture, and coordination, aids in weight loss, improves body awareness, and is a great stress reliever and confidence builder. It is low impact and anyone can do it, regardless of age, weight, gender, or body type. We will provide hoops for use during the workshop and have hoops for purchase.
