Event Details

With over 100 vendors and entertainment groups joining in on the fun, Fall Fest provides local citizens the opportunity to visit with vendors from all over Kansas. This year's festival features partnerships with the Knights of Columbus Oktoberfest food court, as well as arts & crafts vendors, the NasDuck 500 race, buck-a-duck races for the kids, and the entertainment arena to create a day-long, family friendly event. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Vendors register for Fall Fest 2017 online. Vendors may also print the Vendor Registration Form and mail your payment to Garden City Downtown Vision, 120 E. Laurel, Garden City, KS 67846. All vendors are encouraged to download the Vendor Instruction Letter containing important information about sales tax information and event set-up. Register by September 1 for early fees; no later than the 15th.

Last year's Fall Fest attendance was well over 5,000 and another record crowd is anticipated. Booth rental starts at $50 and goes up, depending on booth size, type and electricity needs. Booths run up and down the center of Main Street to help with the flow of traffic and to entice festival goers to venture into downtown stores. The entertainment will be in the central location of Main & Laurel for family and friends to meet up or just sit, relax, and enjoy the entertainment. The booths will be placed at appropriate locations to accommodate all types of vendors and products.
