Grandview Plaza, Kansas

Born out of three floods, personal dreams, and necessity, Grandview Plaza became a reality in March of 1963. At a time in history when most of the cities have long been platted, the birth of this city is a breath of fresh air. Located at the base of Ft. Riley, approximately 40 percent are permanent residents or retirees with the balance being predominately military families.

Progressive and self-sufficient, Grandview Plaza has been without indebtedness for a number of years. Responsible financial decisions have added to the success of the city.
