The stores hold open houses beginning at 11:00 am and runs until 3:00 pm. A free movie is held at 4:00 pm for the children with Santa visiting afterwards passing out candy to the youth attending.

Hansen Memorial Museum

Anne Marie Hansen Jamison donated the house to the City of Curtis in 1973 to be used as a museum. The house was built on the Hansen family homestead nine miles North of Curtis in 1910-1911
