Our Missouri ancestors depended on flocks of sheep not only for food but also for their valuable wool. The entire process of using wool including shearing, washing, carding, spinning, dyeing and weaving are presented in this annual event. The antebellum architecture and unique charm of Missouri Town 1855 creates the perfect setting as skilled artisans demonstrate these time-honored tasks and share their knowledge with our guests. Join us for an entertaining and educational fiber arts event! 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
