Liberty Remembers Mural

Liberty Remembers Mural pays homage to local veterans.  Painted by Artist Eric Grohe of Marysville, WA in 2001.  284 veterans from Crawford County are represented in this mural.  All wars and every branch of service is included.  The Statue of Libery holding the wounded soldier draped with the American Flag is a breathtaking inspiration to all that visit this mural.  A must see for everyone!

The D. Picking Company is the only hand hammered copper kettle manufacturer remaining in the United States. Founded in 1874 this is the last of the Old Copper Shops still making its original product - Apperbutter Kettles - primarily by hand.
