Annual Art in the Park
- Marietta's favorite Labor Day Weekend tradition Art in the Park features nearly 175 artists from throughout the country as well as some talented local folks and this year, the outdoor arts festival welcomes many new, nationally-ranked artists. With fine arts and crafts available for purchase, Art in the Park offers visitors a fun opportunity to meet and talk with the artists and even see some of the works in progress. The family-friendly weekend also includes the Chalk Spot street art display and a kids area with the Children's Art Alley. It all takes place amid a variety of dining options and historic sites.

Annual EAST COBBER Parade & Festival
- This fall, East Cobb will once again welcome the hometown tradition of a community parade and festival when the Annual EAST COBBER Parade & Festival presented by WellStar, takes place. The EAST COBBER Parade features floats and high school marching bands as well as a cornucopia of East Cobb groups and will be followed by the EAST COBBER Festival featuring local entertainment, carnival games and plenty of good food.
The EAST COBBER Parade & Festival was established to build a sense of community and reinforce East Cobb County’s status as one of the best places to live in the metro Atlanta area. Booths at the festival will showcase everything from jewelry to local schools. Young East Cobbers will have lots to do in the Kids Zone like getting their faces painted, playing carnival games or hopping on a moonwalk. And all festival visitors can enjoy food from East Cobb restaurants and civic clubs while listening to some great local entertainment.

Annual Marietta StreetFest
- For its 24th year, the event will extend to two days, providing more time for families, friends and individuals to enjoy the arts & crafts, vintage vehicles, local musicians, children's offerings and delightful fall weather in Historic Marietta Square. The Marietta StreetFest raises funds for the Marietta Museum of History, and attendees receive free admission to the museum during the weekend
Marietta StreetFest puts the focus on families with many free activities including giant inflatables in the Kids Zone, make and take projects and interactive stations. Adults adore visiting the arts & crafts vendors, checking out the Classic Car Cruise-In for cars and motorcycles and kicking back at the onsite Grassroots Music Festival.
You'll find plenty of the fun festival-type snacks onsite, and StreetFest's location on the Square provides the opportunity to dine at a variety of local restaurants catering to all tastes and styles; indoor and outdoor cafÃ© seating are available.
Each year, Marietta StreetFest also welcomes the Marietta Grassroots Music Festival, featuring bands and singer/songwriters from throughout the metro area who will perform original music.
