Navarro Mills Lake Hunting

Beginning on September 1, 2005, Navarro Mills Lake hunting regulations will change. All hunters must apply to the lake office for a Corps of Engineers Permit for all hunting activities taking place on lake property. Application for permit will begin on August 1, 2005 and continue through the hunting season. Each permit is good from August 1 through July 31. Always check for updates.

The following species may be hunted at Navarro Mills Lake. Hunting seasons and bag limits for these species are determined by the State of Texas. All state hunting laws apply on Corps of Engineers managed lands.

* Dove
* Squirrel
* Rabbit
* Waterfowl
* Feral Hogs
* Raccoon

Certain non-game and fur-bearing animals may not be taken: badger, beaver, bobcat, coyote, fox, mink, mountain lion, muskrat, opossum, river otter, skunk. Please contact the project office for information regarding animals not listed here.
