2 - 3 Freedom Festival - Celebration of 4th of July with fireworks display. Starts 12:00pm Friday.

17 - 19 Wild West Extravaganza - The Old Wild West theme entices over 6,000 people attending this annual event lasting over the three-day weekend. There will be a Main Street consisting of facades that look like building fronts from the 1880's, a tent city for vendors, BBQ, gun fights, a Mexican Cantina, an American Indian representation, a Pony Express Trail Ride and much more. Again this year we will have a fiddlin' contest with a $2,000 prize purse and featured performers. There will be live Country and Western Bands for dancing and listening on Friday and Saturday nights along with performing dancers.

There will be a church service at the "Old Church" on Sunday morning and perhaps a shotgun wedding.

23 - 27 Pahrump Fall Festival - The Pahrump Fall Festival is an annual event that has been ongoing for many years, coordinated by a very large group of volunteers. As many as 50,000 people are expected to attend this years Pahrump Fall Festival. Many of the most popular events will be back again this year, and include something for everyone. Included are a professional rodeo, the sparkling carnival, the down-home parade, arts and crafts will be judged and displayed and, of course, there will be many vendors and exhibits. Entertainment and games are planned for all ages at the Pahrump Fall Festival.

The Pahrump Fall Festival continues the tradition of the Rotary Club hosting its famous Saturday barbecue next to the Bob Ruud Community Center and the Elks will be serving breakfast and lunch all weekend in the park, with many festival favorites on the menu. The VFW and American Legion will be providing your favorite beverage.
