Pine Springs, Texas

The tiny community on U.S. 62/180 just south of the New Mexico state line was the location of a station on the famous stagecoach run, Butterfield Overland Mail Route. The station was established in 1858. Tumbled stone ruins and a granite historical marker are all that remain today.

Located near the Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Pine Springs offers RV (no hookups)camping and tent sites for those enjoying the trails, drives, and scenic beauty of the area.
