Upcoming Events in Plainview Arkansas

September

21AR0412011e001 - Plainview Plainview Frontier Day - Frontier Day began as a celebration of Plainview's centennial in 2007 and lasted through 2015.

It was a time when the town came together to celebrate the old days and the old ways of living. This one-day fun filled festival celebrated the town history with mobile cafe's, shopping vendors, horse drawn wagons, a parade, live entertainment, food, games, and fun for the whole family.

So, this year (2023) the Plainview AR Community Events organization has decided to bring back Frontier Day and continue the celebration. Kicking off Frontier Day this year is a parade, so bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets and join us on Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 10 AM to 4 PM for a fun-filled family event!
