Linn County Speedway - Just south of Pleasanton on US Highway 69, the Linn County Speedway offers heart-pounding excitement every Saturday night throughout the summer.

27 Mine Creek Battlefield - Heritage Day - Join us for Heritage Day, a special event at Mine Creek Civil War Battlefield State Historic Site near Pleasanton. This annual event features cavalry, artillery, and infantry Civil War period demonstrations. Plus blacksmith, Dutch oven cooking, weaving, broom making, leather works, basket making, and spinning wool. The event we will also include a weapons display and medical tent.

21 - 22 General Pleasonton Days - Held annually on the first weekend in October, General Pleasonton Days celebrates the rich Civil War history of the City of Pleasanton and commemorates General Alfred Pleasonton the Union General in command at the Battle of Mine Creek and our communities namesake.

Linn County's biggest parade, kids games, giant inflatables, adult games, Cookee's Drive-In Car Show and more await you in Pleasanton Kansas. Voted Linn County's favorite community event 2 years in a row!!

21KS0610018e009 - Pleasanton Cookees Drive-In General Pleasonton Days Car Show - Cookees Drive-In will again be sponsoring the General Pleasonton Days Car Show! We will have streets blocked off around 102 E. 12th St. in Pleasanton, KS. 2-6pm.

We will offer free dash plaques and goody bags to the first 50 entrants into the car show.
We will offer trophies for Top 20, Best in Class for car/truck/bike/rat rod, Youth, and Furthest Distance!
We will also have a huge variety of items we will be giving away, like we do every year!
Admission is free to spectators. Car show entry fee is $18.
