Pomona Hiking, Biking, & Equestrian Trails

The Black Hawk Trail that begins in 110-mile Park. This trail passes through a variety of wooded, riparian and grassland areas. This trail passes through one of the most westerly stands of oak-hickory forest. The trail is 32 miles long and is close to camping areas in 110 Mile Park and Cedar Park. A reservable horse camp in 110-Mile Park provides ample room for horse trailer parking.

The Deer Creek Nature Trail is 1/4 mile in length and is located in Outlet Park on the south end of Pomona Lake Dam. The trail winds along deer creek and through a heavy wooded streamside environment.

The Witches' Broom Nature Trail is located in 110-Mile Park and is 1/2 mile long. The trail is located in an oak/hickory timber stand, a rare find in the state of Kansas.
