21 Felix Valle's Birthday Open House - This afternoon open house celebrates the birthday of Felix Vallé, a prominent resident of early Ste. Genevieve. Vallé, born in 1800, occupied the home with his wife Odile and their son for much of the 19th century. Parlor games, refreshments and special musical entertainment are all part of the afternoon's activities.

23 French Christmas Open House - This annual celebration highlights the music, food, customs and decorations of an early French Christmas celebration known as Le Revellion. Costumed guides will explain the early 1800s customs and the dining room will be filled with traditional foods of the period. Musical entertainment is provided, along with samples of the buche de Noel (Yule log cake).
