Strang City Parks

Parks - Strang's City Park is located along Main Street between Sharon and Racine Streets. The park is equipped with picnic
tables, grills and hook-up facilities for campers.

Pumper Park, a children's playground area, is located beside the ballfield.

Elmer Messman Memorial Field is the entertainment center for softball and baseball teams and fans of all ages. For more

A basketball and tennis court, adjacent to the school, are always open to the public.

Strang Museum

Formerly Hamilton Township Hall, built in 1889, the museum building was used for transacting area business, as a voting site, and for religious activities in the 1890s. The building was moved into the town of Strang in 1984 when the township ceased using the hall. It it listed on the

The two-story brick building, built in 1929-30 in a simplified version of the Reanissance Revival-style, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
