Minnetonka Center for the Arts presents:
'Star Power' will feature quilts, old and new, with designs based on the star motif. The star motif lends itself to many variations and is one of the most popular and enduring quilt motifs. Guest curator Gail Bakkom is a member of the American Quilt Study Group and author of the award winning book Minnesota Quilts: Creating Connections with Our Past. Ms. Bakkom curated the popular 'A Quilt Dialogue: Antique to Modern' for the Art Center in 2008.
