The Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Kansas Health Care System would like to invite all Veterans to an open house on Thursday, November 4th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at its Community Based Outpatient Clinic located at 902 Horton Street, Fort Scott, Kansas.
Veterans are encouraged to bring their discharge papers (DD 214) to check eligibility for possible enrollment for VA health care. Information will be available about the medical services provided at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Fort Scott and the VA Medical Centers located at Leavenworth and Topeka, Kansas. Representatives from the OEF/OIF program, Women Veterans program, MyhealtheVet web-based program, Eligibility office, and Medical Service Line will be available to answer questions. Refreshments will be served.
