29 - 2 Ohio Days - "Ohio Days," is a celebration which originally began as a picnic for settlers from Ohio. Many of the early settlers of Waverly were from Ohio and this heritage is still celebrated at the annual, multi-day festival which begins the second Friday in July. Ohio Days is one of the most anticipated events of its kind in Coffey County. Ohio Days includes a softball tournament, parade, car show. carnival, food, live entertainment and more. Don't miss this great family event!
