CMH Diamond Nationals
- The Annual CMH Diamond Nationals features the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in their second and final appearance this season as the country's top Dirt Late Model Driver's attempt to claim the $10,000 winner's share of the purse and the prestigious Diamond Ring that goes with it. John Blankenship held off a hard charging Jimmy Owens to take home the check and the ring in the 2013 edition of this huge event. Other top drivers expected to be in attendance include Don O'Neal, Jared Landers, Eddie Carrier Jr., Tony Jackson Jr., Terry Phillips, Earl Pearson Jr., Billy Moyer Jr., Steve Francis, and many more of the top Dirt Late Model Drivers in the Country! Annual USMTS Slick Mist Show me Shootout
- The HUNT for the USMTS Casey's Cup rolls through Wheatland, Missouri for the 5th time as the Stars and Cars of the United States Modified Touring Series make their only appearance of 2014 at the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks". Top USMTS drivers Jason Hughes, Jeremy Payne, Johnny Scott, Tommy Meyer, Ryan Gustin, Rodney Sanders, Stormy Scott, Zach Van Der Beek, Kelly Shryock, Jon Tesch, Derrick Ramirez, and more are expected to be in action. The Tri-Lakes RV USRA B-Mods and the Carson's Corner Napa Factory Stocks will also be in action plus for the second time at Lucas Oil Speedway, the Battle of the Badges will visit the facility on August 9th as the race will feature Missouri's finest Law Enforcement Officers, all racing to raise money for charity and for the title of top cop. The officers will be driving late model Ford Crown Victoria's that will provide a "cop car" look for the race. Each driver seeks the support of sponsors and must raise at least $500 dollars per race to compete. All the cars on the track were at one point police cruisers. Some of these cars went on to be taxi cabs and have racked up over 300,000 miles on them. Some were pulled out of junk yards and have been given a second chance. The driver and their crew members have stripped the vehicles of their factory interior and replaced it with roll cages and the safety equipment necessary to be on the track. - The final racing weekend of the 2014 Lucas Oil Speedway oval track season gets underway with a special Friday Night event as the Lucas Oil MLRA and Carson’s Corner Napa Factory Stocks team up for the 1st Annual ABC 17 MLRA Fall Nationals and Factory Stock Shootout. The MLRA brings the best regional dirt late model racers to the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks". Lebanon, Missouri’s Tony Jackson Jr. captured his first MLRA Championship in 2013 and is expected to lead the MLRA posse into battle. Other top drivers expected to be in attendance include Will Vaught, Terry Phillips, Brad Looney, Travis Dickes, and more!
