Indian Petroglyphs

category : Natural Attractions
These old Indian drawings can be found on the west shoreline of Wilson Lake carved in the Dakota Sandstone. It is impossible to view these old sketches by car or by foot. They can be viewed only from arriving by boat, and when the lake's level is significantly lower than conservation level. This event is very rare, since Wilson Lake has the most stable water level of any lake in the state.
