East and West Franklin St, and East and West Rosemary St. These streets offer mostly family-owned and independent shops and restaurants. University Square at 133 and 143 West Franklin St offers a selection of specialty stores on the concourse level of two midrise office buildings. The Courtyard at 431 West Franklin St is a small arcade of shops and offices.
