Handke's Cuisine - Fine-dining Restaurant

Handke's Cuisine is an independently owned fine-dining restaurant situated in the 19th century former Schlee Bavarian Brewery building in the historic Brewery District. 
Highlights of the global cuisine menu include fresh seafood, steak, lamb, duck and veal, as well as nightly specials like our popular buffalo tenderloin.  We have a wonderful wine list and a classic dessert menu that is the perfect finish to a spectacular evening. 
The menu selections and the skill required at this level of culinary preparation are a testimonial to the exceptional dedication of Chef Handke, a World Class Certified Master Chef & Proprietor of Handke?s Cuisine.  Chef Handke?s kitchen consists of a formerly trained culinary staff that he supervises personally.  Additionally, Handke?s Cuisine offers a personal event planner and a well-educated service staff, all of whom make it their goal to tailor the entire evening to your preferences.  From cocktails and hors d?oeuvres, to a multi-course dinner, Handke?s Cuisine hosts a variety of groups and dignitaries for numerous occasions, and each event is important in and of itself.
