The Welcome Center is located high on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. Center features a scenic overlook, Iowa gift shop, MidCoast Fine Arts Gallery, historical displays, and a slide presentation. Tourism information on the area and the state of Iowa is available. Free wireless Internet.
