A non-motorized costume parade through the heart of Tucson featuring Tucson Puppet Works and Flam Chen. Spectators are invited to participate in costume. Tucson Puppet Works. You are invited to a weekend of public events, openings and opportunities to deepen your connection to community and lost loved ones.
