Event Details

Join over 5,000 runners at Dam to Dam by entering the 20km, 5km and youth runs.

The demanding 20 kilometers is the perfect distance. Running 12.4 miles is a worthy of a finisher's medal. The 5 kilometer gives everyone an opportunity to participate in Dam to Dam. The youth runs this year are Olympic distances of 100, 200 and 400 meters.

The beautiful Iowa countryside course ends in downtown Des Moines, where finishers enjoy great food, drink and entertainment at scenic Nollen Plaza for the awards ceremony.
