Event Details
Feast on Kansas-raised bison and support Kauffman Museum! The museum is reviving the Bethel College tradition of buffalo BBQs (served from 1936-1981) with the twist that the former "stag" event now welcomes women and children. Meat prepared by Gehring Buffalo Ranch, Moundridge, and sides by Keith's Foods, Goessel. The meal will be served on BC's Centennial Plaza (directly across Main Street from the museum). Tickets: $12.00/adult, $6.00/child (ages 3-12). Advance tickets available at Kauffman Museum or Thresher Bookstore in Schultz Student Center on the Bethel College campus. On-site tickets sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
