Thunder on the Bricks Car Show

Hey car fanatics! Get ready for a revved-up day at the Annual Thunder on the Bricks car show, brought to you by Baldwin City Recreation and sponsored by Cody Anno State Farm.

On Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the downtown Baldwin City brick streets will host some of the coolest cars around, so bring your family and friends to join in the fun! Satisfy your taste buds with the food truck options that will be available while you feast your eyes on classic cars. Be sure not to miss out on this exciting day!

Just coming to take in the sights, eat some food and hang out with good company? Parking will be available along High St. on 6th Street and on 7th Street both north and south of High Street

U.S. Disciplinary Barracks

The "DB," as it is known, was established as a military prison in 1873. The buildings inside date from 1863 to 1964. The DB is the only military maximum security facility. This USDB closed in 2003 and the inmates were moved to the new USDB on the west side of the fort. The 'castle'
