This annual event is dedicated to the celebration of Springfield’s diverse culture and heritage. The free event is a full day of fun for the whole family located in City Hall Plaza, Downtown Springfield. On the CultureDance Stage, dancers from many cultures demonstrate and teach cultural dances. On the Main Stage, entertainers sing and play songs from their particular ethnic traditions. 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Children's Activities involve hands-on crafts and learning experiences in the Children's Tent. The Food Court provides ethnic food and drinks from around the world and a beverage area serves beer. Merchandise vendors sell items from various cultures, and informational booths also line the area. The tree-lined plaza is a comfortable location to walk, sit and enjoy.

Davidson Interpretive Center
The Battle of Peckuwe was fought on this site in 1780 when forces from Kentucky, led by George Rogers Clark defeated forces consisting of Shawnee and Delaware warriors supported by British troops. The battle site which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980
