U-Pick Pumpkins & More - U-Pick Pumpkins & More is a Pumpkin Patch (and more!) that is owned and operated by Howard and Mable Buerckley. Located 2 miles East of Osage on the North side of Highway 9/218, you can find our many varieties of pumpkins, squash, Indian corn, broom corn, corn shocks, gourds, and mums. Our road-side stand is open September through November.

U-Pick Pumpkins & More is not just a pumpkin patch. It is also the setting for horse-drawn wagon rides! Our team of Belgians will give you a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm. Horse rides are available from September through Halloween. Make sure to call ahead to schedule group evening rides. Sled rides are available by appointment only during the winter months.

10 - 11IA0409010e003 - Osage Cedar Valley Memories Power Show - Annual Power Show - Smolik Brothers Collection. Featuring the 1912 Reeves 40-140 Cross Compound steam engine - the only one running and used every year - in the world. The Reeves was built in Columbus, Indiana, and it is used with a 14 bottom plow after the oat harvest using volunteer attendees to work the plow blades. We are also featuring the Hart-Parr & Oliver tractors. We welcome all tractor exhibitors during the weekend as well.

There are always demonstrations of blacksmything, wood carving, Fox River Mills vintage sock machines and shingle making run with hit and miss machines, rope making, steam run sawmill. The museum on the grounds has many displays and there are quite a few crafters with demos both days of the show as well as hands on. Many other steam engine tractors and hit and miss machines.
The Dudley school/Francis house is always open both days and this year will feature the Dudley community, family, and teacher and students that attended that one room school house.

American Legion serves an omelet breakfast each a.m. and Cattlemen's Assoc. serves lunch and early supper both days. Camping and motels are also close by.

An ATV/garden tractor pull will be Sat. 1 p.m. and a sanctioned kiddie tractor pull on Sunday afternoon.
All of our steam engines are up and running both days. Come and enjoy.

14 Blacktop Cruisers Annual Car Show - 70 trophies. Trophies at 3:30. Cruise through town following. New this year - 2 Division.
Division I 1900-1979 40 Awards. Division II 1980-present 20 Awards.
Plus 10 Special Awards. Goodie Bags & Dash Plaques for first 125 cars.
Registration fee- $15. Registration: 8:00- 11:30am. Voting: 11:30- 1:00pm.
Awards:3:00pm. Held in conjunction with Autumn Artistry. Fun for the whole family.
