Mishler Weaving Mill

The Mishler Weaving Mill is a textile weaving mill using original looms, the oldest of which dates from 1895. One rug loom is an 1860 rocker beater barn beam loom. The Mill is owned and operated by member-volunteers of the Smithville Community Historical Society. Items woven include:

Pine Tree Barn, is a historical landmark built in 1868.  We restored the Dutch bank barn into a 25,000 foot gift shop, a home furnishing and design studio, and a gourmet luncheon restaurant.
