Event Details

Bingo, dance, food, children's games, rides, farmer's market, and carnival games. 6:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight.

Activities will begin following the 5:00 P.M. Mass
Available activities throughout the evening include the following:
• Burgers & Brats, with baked beans & potato salad
• Children’s rides • Games for all ages
• Homemade ice cream, pies and cakes • Homemade goodies
• Garden Produce • Bingo until midnight
• Drawings for Grand Prizes at 10:30 p.m.

Col. William Newton Kinslow

When Col. William Newton Kinslow died in Beloit on Oct. 18, 1948, many attended his funeral, but no one bought him a head stone to mark his final resting place. At 6'7", Kinslow was a member of the National Society of Longfellows and at one time was listed as the second tallest man in Kansas.
